Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You will receive a booking confirmation email within 24 hours of making your reservation through our Agoda partnership platform.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency selected at the time of booking. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Exchange rates may apply for international transactions.

Booking Modifications

Changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Contact our support team or the property directly to request modifications.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods as processed through Agoda's secure payment gateway.

Payment Processing

Payment is typically charged at the time of booking or upon arrival at the property, depending on the rate type selected. All payments are processed securely through our partner Agoda.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of your specific booking. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Early/Late Arrangements

Neither Affoda nor our partners are liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.
